Some updates/changes in my workout sched!
This is not the entire workout, just the heavy lifting workouts I am working hard to gain on.
3x10 Deadlifts w/ 95lb - Last week 95lb was our ending weight, so this week we started out with it and maintained it and focused on form and strength. Next week I think we will be adding more weight!! Next week I may deadlift more than I weigh (thats pretty cool eh?)
The rest of my workout consisted of Cable Rows, Wide Grip Pull Downs, Wide Grip Back Pulldowns, Upright rows, Laterals, Deadlift warmups (aka, I did 10 reps going from 20lb-> 40lb dumbells in each hand warming up to do my 95lb deadlifts).
There were some other movements like hyperextentions, shoulder press and what not. :)
