I HAD ONE OF THE BEST WORKOUTS EVER TODAY SO I WANTED TO SHARE.
I couldn’t go in the weight room because the Baseball… soccer.. idk one of the sports teams was in there and we aren’t allowed in unless we are on the team.. so I had to improvise.
Goblet Squats 3x10x53lb (holding a kettlebell up with both hands at your chest & sqwwaattt)
SuperSet w/ Single Leg Lunges 3x20x10lb
Wall Balls 3x10x10lb (got my heart rate up)
Leg Press 3x10x100lb
Super Set with Calf Press 3x30x100lb
Donkey Kick 2x10x20lb (each leg)
HyperExtentions … like 5 haha I got bored.
-Treadmill 6 minutes, 4 minutes on level6 and 1 minute sprinting at level8 and then 1 minute level6
-Elliptical level 3 for 9 minutes
-Lap around the track to cool the sweat that consumed my body
