Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Brussel Sprouts (we had around 2 baggies)
Preheat your oven to 400F & line a baking pan with foil.
Cut the sprouts into halves and place on the foil (flat side facing up) and sprinkle with olive oil. Then grind pepper and salt onto the face of the sprouts and then put the garlic powder on them. We like it super garlic-ey but depending on your taste buds put as little or as much as you desire.
Place in the oven for 25-30min and shake after 15 min. Take them out of the oven when they are golden brown.
