Made a seafood pasta tonight for dinner, I thinly sliced a full zucchini, chopped and pan-fried with chopped (2 tbs) onions already cooked (3.5oz ) tilapia. Cooked it up in the pan until the zucchini was ‘al dente’ and then shredded (2 florets) cauliflower ‘cheese’ on top of it. (aka i grabbed a cheese shredder and shredded raw cauliflower on top of my meal. For a little more flavor  I grabbed a 1/2 tbs of this tomato sauce in our fridge that is au natural and put it in :)IT WAS SO FRICKEN GOOD!! Probably going to make it again tomorrow… ~220 Cal   12 carbs   3g fat   35g protein
