1. My legs were not super sore this morning when I woke up… I started to feel the ‘soreness’ at around 11-12ish
2. This was ‘Back, Arms, Abs & Sprints’ day. My arms were FEELING it today.
Higher Reps = I went a little lower on my weights (as recommended by Miss Jamie Eason)
3. The sprints were not as bad as I thought they were going to be.
MY SHINS HURT SO MUCH THOUGHI found them to be just challenging enough, sweated like crazy and was actually a pretty fun ‘cardio’ day! (never thought I would ever say that sentence)
Least Favorite Workout - Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension, they just felt weird. Also, I got kinda confused on the Jackknife situp (how lame right?.. whatever it was like 6:30am in the morning) so I kinda just did a cluster of sit ups during those reps.
Favorite Workout -I really enjoyed the Exercise Ball Pull-ins, I had never really done these before but they were AWESOME and I could REALLY feel it working my abs!
I also really enjoyed the mountain climbers that we do during our Active Sets
as you can tell, I love the active sets!! Sit ups, Mountain Climbers, Jump Roping etc. Im all for keeping the heart rate up during a lifting session!
