How much ACV do I put in?

I usually do 1-2tbs. I start with 1 and then go up depending on taste. I like doing my lemon strawberry one with 2 tbs because it makes it soooo tangy and yummy

Tangy Refresher! To make sure I get enough water I will usually mix 1L water with some fruit! Sometimes I squeeze in a lemon, slice up strawberries and a wee but of stevia with apple cider vinegar and it makes a fun lemonade. Today I blended a grapefruit with acv, stevia, turmeric and cayenne. Sometimes we need a little bite right? Life’s been a whirlwind lately and it’s been challenging my mind but I keep my eyes on hope! Have a blessed evening’ @kaylasjoy

Jk. It depends on what your idea of what you want it to do… Haha I personally do squats, deadlifts, step ups and leg press :)

I also like to do jump roping as of lately and that’s been doing some good things to my calves
